Global Finance & Business Management (“GF&BM”) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan’s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm’s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm’s capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main “pillars” of work – Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

CB is comprised of Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI), Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI), Real Estate Banking, Commercial Term Lending and Community Development Banking. Job Summary

The Commercial Bank (CB) Sales Enablement Team is expanding and evolving to provide banker tools and support across the customer and sales journeys. The team’s reach empowers the development of tailored experiences across the digital sales landscape with a focus on driving banker productivity.

CB Sales Enablement operates within the Digital, Data and Product (DDP) group, which is leading CB’s evolution into a design-led and product-driven organization. DDP is modernizing the way we work to meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients and deliver intuitive products at speed and scale. DDP is aligned across the CB product lines and businesses driving end-to-end accountability for all client and employee experiences.


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform Service Desk actions and reporting based on user needs and business specific objectives
  • Build reports and dashboard using Salesforce based on requirements from users.
  • Analyze data and present reports based on user specified objectives.
  • Support Salesforce, Pitch Tools, Seismic, and other sales enablement activities

Job Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM Domain and implementation of CRM Solution using Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
  • MS Excel and Power point
