These roles have a wide range of possible technical strengths, capabilities and experience, including:
- 8+ years of financial solutions architecture, software development, data engineering, data science or business intelligence engineering experience
- SQL, R, Unix/Linux, SAS and data warehousing
- Python, Pandas, Numpy and Scipy
- Hadoop, Hive and Spark
- Hyperion Essbase cube design and administration
- Tableau and Alteryx experience
- AWS S3, EMR, EC2 and Redshift
- Git, JIRA and overall SLDC
These roles have additional requirements including:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative subject
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with track record of driving results through cross-functional organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Highly motivated, self-directed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills
