Job Location: Mumbai
The primary responsibility of this role is to support implementation of digital solutions across teams in APAC CIB Operations from solution design to implementation. This individual would be involved in delivering digital automation agendas including reusable bot building and Proof of Concept (POC) with individual teams to ensure the reusable component developed works before deployment to the wider Organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have UiPath/Python coding experiences and should be passionate about digital technology and have an innovative mindset to discover and bring new ideas and then navigate the way through to successfully execute the idea. Additionally, the individual should have excellent communication skills in English to be able to influence and inspire the wider Operations as well as manage key stakeholders globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop Reusable and Complex Bots in UiPath Studio
- Collaborate with Operations teams across APAC to gather and document business requirements
- Design solution based on problem statement/requirement provided by Operations
- Develop and deliver solution with digital tools including but limited to Alteryx, Python and Xceptor
- Manage project documentations and tracking throughout the development lifecycle according to existing automation governance
- Perform regular management updates and communication to the wider internal audience for new developments or releases
- Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma Holder
- Basic Coding Experience of UiPath/Python is a must
- Experience using Alteryx, document digitization tools, PEGA or Tableau expertise is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
- Strong command in English (written, oral and presentation). Proficiency in other regional Asian Languages is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to assimilate broad-ranging information quickly and to distill it into key points, while communicating clearly
- Self-starter, curious on innovation and hands-on ability to learn newer products in the industry
- At least 2 years coding, operations, consulting or project management experience within Financial Services or similar domain preferred
