Short Description for Internal Candidates

The eCommerce Client Service (eCS) is responsible for supporting clients on the Investment Bank’s proprietary and multi-dealer electronic trading platforms. This is an intensive business with high volumes of trading (c. 130k trade/day) trading 24 / 5.5. Primary functions of the Client Service team include Enablement, training, and fully supporting the external and internal ecommerce clients.
Description for Internal Candidates

Description of Responsibilities

Achieving the stringent daily/weekly and monthly volume targets
Onboarding of clients on 3rd Party platforms like Bloomberg , Tradeweb & MarketAxess
Ensuring that the defined KPI’s for the team are consistently met and providing root-cause analysis with robust action plans in case of errors
To develop and implement an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and Key Performance Indicators including trend analysis
Responsible for communicating with locations, attending calls, drive conference calls with Locations, stakeholders etc.
Proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions.
Support the team in instances where assistance is required on any queries/ requests (trade fails/feed issues) sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams.
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Business partners as well as the people in the Client support groups.
Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.
Ensuring accuracy on performing reconciliations and reports and non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
Researching on any exceptions of reconciliations and apply appropriate fix.
Running Controls and MIS as per the process
MIS generation & analysis/commentary.
Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set for all processes are followed.
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably in a back office/financial industry
Knowledge of investment banking will be an added advantage
Qualification

  • Quick learner with ability to manage and/or play a key role in managing the process and production on a day-to-day basis

  • Must be a self starter with ability to work independently from manager and/or team
