Global Finance & Business Management (“GF&BM”) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan’s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm’s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm’s capital.
GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main “pillars” of work – Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The CCBSI group within Commercial Banking covers companies globally, typically with revenues of over $500mm, delivering the full capabilities of JPMorgan in traditional banking services and investment banking products. The CCBSI Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team strives to be a strategic partner to grow and optimize the business via best-in-class information, analytics, and operational discipline. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, F&BM also helps drive key initiatives and process improvements while ensuring that CCBSI’s complex and evolving operations are managed effectively.
Position Overview:
The CCBSI F&BM Operations Analyst will work under the direction of industry and regionally-aligned Business Managers (BMs) and Business Management Associates (BMAs) across CCBSI to deliver the following:
- Support BMs and BMAs in partnership with industry and regional group heads via operational workstreams related to data maintenance and client transfers between lines of business
- Provide support across various reporting requests, ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for various data management submission/maintenance activities
- Engage with key business partners such as client service, KYC, marketing, credit, investment banking, and additional lines of business to gather input, insights, and data, that feeds into reporting leveraged by senior management
- Assist with select CCBSI-wide Business Management efforts under the direction of BMs and BMAs
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
- The role offers a platform to potentially grow and develop into various management reporting roles, or other roles across F&BM

- Strong interpersonal skills to partner and collaborate across the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience / interest in working with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau) is a plus
- Familiarity with internal JPMC systems (e.g., Client Central, Salesforce, PitchPro) is a plus
