Chase Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) serves 63 million households and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including banking, credit cards, auto finance, payments, mortgages, and investment advice.
Within our Data Consumption Sourcing and Product Team, our Data Science Analyst Experts team ensures products are developed focusing on serviceability and supportability. Partnering cross-functionally, were involved in all stages of the product life cycle, representing the CCB Data Analysts.
As a Data Science Analyst Expert, you will also act as the voice of the CCB Data Analyst throughout product design and development. As an internal consultant for the business, you will help design complex solutions and enhancement to products to deliver an enhanced analyst experience. You will influence overall product and business strategy.
As a Data Science Analyst Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Operating as the evangelist of the CCB Data Analysts, throughout the product life cycle.
- Creating and sharing a strategic vision for CCB products.
- Defining the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements.
- Advocating best practice for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation.
- Owning project launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, polices and processes are in place to deliver to CCB Data Analysts.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be well versed in analytic tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- Worked in Python, Big data and cloud environments
- 8+ years of experience in reporting and analytics teams in a professional environment
- Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and engaging in unknowns
- Demonstrate a good balance of technical and strategic skills
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with internal teams across the business
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to technical and business audiences
- Show effective organization skills and be detail oriented
