Roles & Responsibilities
- Hands on thought leadership for building on premise and cloud based ML solution architecture
- Have a solid understanding of consumer financial products, data systems and data environments, and processes that are necessary for the implementation of Risk and Finance models
- Deep Technical knowledge in architecting, designing, and Integrating new Solutions in a large-scale enterprise of highly distributed applications
- Design Enterprise Machine Learning platforms that are capable of running predictive models.
- Document Machine Learning processes and keep abreast of Developments in Machine Learning. Establish standards, guidance and best practices for ML Platform operations.
- Establish the appropriate monitoring and alerting of solution events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.
- Provides technical leadership, guidance and direction to other team members.
- Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders. Influence senior business and technology stakeholders across JPMC
- Solving complex problems with datasets and optimize existing ML libraries and frameworks
- Ability to build global teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture
- Partner with product owners to define firmwide technology strategies and roadmaps across JPMC
- Drive innovation and ensure that JPMC maximizes the business benefits of adoption of market leading technology capabilities; Ensure new innovations are rapidly evaluated, piloted and then scaled where appropriate, working closely with product owners
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or a numerate subject (e.g. engineering, sciences, or mathematics) and 10-15 years of application development experience
- Experience in building application framework and/or platform development experience
- Deep knowledge in solution design patterns, building resilient solutions across on-premise application and cloud including associated security considerations
- Background with Machine Learning Frameworks and Big Data technologies such as Hadoop.
- Experience in automating, tuning and implementing ML Models. Working with Data structures and NLP models
- Experience of working with AWS cloud platform
- Experience defining application solution architectures and roadmap
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable working in an Agile and collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
