§ Contribute as a subject matter experts of automation tools not limited Alteryx, Tableau, python, power BI
§ Drive initiatives to add value and increase efficiency
o Play an active role in the technology system improvements projects
§ Ensure key system enhancements are completed by tech team.
§ Will help create an efficient feedback loop and escalation matrix
§ Organize regular training/refreshers for existing/new technology
o Information Owner roles and responsibilities:
§ Assist information owners to ensure they meet the firm’s Data Risk Management policies, standards and procedures
§ Liaise with various lob stakeholders (including Market Risk, Technology, Legal Entity Compliance, QR, Product Control) to ensure compliance
o Contribute to the implementation of a robust data strategy
§ Analyze and streamline mappings to remove redundancies, improve op model and system performance
o Conduct tech system surveys to drive tech agenda/improvements, assist to create a feedback loop to tech teams and help to drive enhancement agenda.
Skills / Qualifications:
o 2-3 years’ experience in a similar setup. Knowledge of Market risk is plus
o Technologically savvy. Good knowledge in some of the Data Analytics/Data Visualization tools like Tableau/Alteryx/Python is must
o Curiosity about new technology and data analytics a plus
o Problem solving skills to create solutions and improve solutions to potentially complex business challenges
o Interested to learn new skills in the latest technology
o Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
o Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
