Job Location: Bhagya Nagar
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Delivery Associate for the Home Lending Product Team. In this role, you will leverage previous experience to innovate and help design the end user CRM experience for our Home Lending Advisors. You will work with senior members of our team ensuring a successful delivery and implementation. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand and translate their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concise user stories and process flows that support the design and development of a CRM product
- Work with feature teams to transform stories into technical design
- Ensure that requirements meet the complex nature of the business while always focusing on the end user experience
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, Prod Checkout)
- Apply critical thinking to identify and develop new ideas / innovations that will add value to the business and team
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools to develop business solutions
- Experience with the Agile product delivery
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment
- Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints while responding to rapidly changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Salesforce knowledge is preferred
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus
