Job Location: Mumbai
The Legal Department has a number of key operations to meet obligations to various regulatory oversight and investigative bodies as necessary. Within the Legal Department, Corporate Legal Managed Services is a legal strategic partner within Corporate Legal. The team is comprised of legal and non-legal professionals with expertise in law, regulation, corporate governance, legal entity management, process best practices, technology and digital transformation. Our combined expertise assists lawyers to be more efficient by implementing technology solutions, utilization of digitized data, and leveraging our global scale to deliver high quality legal services.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist SMEs in documenting and maintain business rules
- Manage the data extraction process by training the AI model
- Establish data quality checks and validations.
- Support Technology with data normalization and transformation.
- Support data taxonomy mapping and taxonomy titles indexing.
- Maintain business rules and data elements in the database
- Support lead Project Manager in the design, development and implementation of a standard operating procedure
- Document operating procedures
- Train and conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for new resources as required
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Computer Science or other quantitative fields
- Experience as Data analyst or similar roles (Required)
- Experience with programming language or knowledge of Regular Expressions (Regex)
- Working knowledge of machine learning / data science theory, techniques and tools
- Excellent analytical quantitative and problem solving skills
- Eager learner and rapid prototyping
- Should be able to work both individually and collaboratively in teams, in order to achieve project goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
