Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications in Regulatory Reporting space

Translate business requirements to a high level technical design and implementation

Articulate use cases and create in-depth analysis to support business & product

Develop, Deploy and support large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment

Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate decision-making by providing right level of information and timely escalation, when required.

Required Skills ( Mandatory ) and Qualifications

• 8+ years of primary experience on SQL development with lots of passion for performance tuning at both SQL and system levels on a large scale data warehouse.
• Expert level Oracle SQL, PLSQL or any other database hands-on development experience.
• Expert level hands-on experience in Query & DB performance tuning using different techniques.
• Strong Python programming language experience
• Experience with Spark SQL, Pyspark
• Experiene with UNIX Shell.
• Prior experience in developing database based common utilities / frameworks.
• Complete understanding of Advance database concepts,
• Solid exposure to application development processes such as Agile, SDLC etc..
• Good grasp of algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CS or related degree from a good university.
