The Early Careers Program Team focuses on Firmwide Analyst and Associate Programs, Firmwide Intern Program Management, the Corporate Analyst Development Prgram (CADP) and the Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP). A new Program will be commencing for Operations which the Program Associate will help support the development of the Operations Analyst Cohort Program.

The Program Associate (PA) is critical to the delivery of high quality analyst programs. Partnering with the Program Management team, the PA is primarily responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all program activities. These activities will include both strategic (process design and ownership) and tactical (process support and administration) dimensions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Analyst Rotation Management
      • Establish, coordinate and manage rotational calendars in NAMR and Globally from Role Collection through Placement.
      • Facilitate ART Admin responsibilities in NAMR and coordinate globally
      • Assist in preparation analyst materials for communications to analysts and with assigned LOB Managers
      • Create and drive analyst and manager surveys, analyze results and present findings to PM Leads
      • Create materials for Manager & Business Lia meetings working with the PMs/LOBs
    • Analyst Engagement
      • Support induction training activities for incoming analysts and Welcome Week
      • Plan, execute and support analyst development activities including analyst committees, senior speaker series, networking events and newsletters
      • Assist in planning and executing Graduation celebration/events
    • Reporting and Operational Excellence
      • Assist Executive Director. Program Manager and Global Project Lead with oversight of operational excellence working group; including global consistency, sharepoint management, and tool enhancements (ART, tableau, etc)
      • Assist Global Project Lead with scorecard and stakeholder reporting including monthly data extraction & consolidation, development and standardization of KPIs, and adhoc requests
      • Create and drive analyst and manager surveys, analyze results and present findings to PM Leads
    • Communications
      • Develop Assist and create presentations for key stakeholders and program team meetings
      • Implement and maintain a consistent communications strategy for the global program team
      • Ongoing development and maintenance of the global team toolkit, includingbut not limited to the extension of the SharePoint feature set and oversight to ensure Intranet presence is current relevant

Requisite skills and experience :

  • Minimum 2 years program and/or project management experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel and/or Tableau
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and team skills
