Job Summary:
The Real-Time Analytics Solutioning Lead – Vice President, reporting to the Head of Real-Time Analytics Solutioning, will directly manage a portfolio of initiatives to enable real-time data and analytics to the data science and product communities across Chase and JP Morgan Wealth Management, both by proposing enhancements to the platforms they use and by designing the strategic real-time data assets they need. Additionally, this person will be part of a team leading the shift in the way we structure and manage our real-time data in the cloud, accelerating our ability to apply AI/ML in real time. This person will play a key role in executing the use cases and delivering compelling solutions to influence stakeholders from across different parts of the analytic and technology communities to come together as teams in support of deriving value from JPMC’s unique data assets.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on strategy to deliver real-time data to a broad set of analysts, data scientists and product owners, in particular serve as the engagement lead within the Agile-based Solutioning team responsible for advancing all real-time use cases
- Execute on use cases that support a customer-centric real-time analytic strategy and enable the transition to real time across CCB
- Solution AI/ML use cases to fully leverage our data assets in real-time, in partnership with data science leads, modeling teams and AI/ML COE’s
- Relentlessly focus on ways to increase speed to market of real-time data science and AI/ML use cases
- Work cross-functionally with peers in technology, product, and other critical functions to develop a holistic view of opportunities
- Present findings and recommendations for action to peers, partners, stakeholders and product leaders within the company
- Lead a diverse and high performing team of solutioning analysts through successful end-to-end execution and delivery
Qualifications:
- Business acumen and strong communication skills, particularly when articulating technical matters to a broader audience
- Technical ability to understand, design, and explain complex real-time data strategies to business, technology, and data science audiences
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, or analytical consulting
- Fluency in highly technical concepts and practices, garnering respect from engineers
- Understanding of data science concepts, methodologies and tools, along with experience directly enabling analytics teams or delivering analytical use cases
- Understanding of analytics and AI/ML in the context of streaming data
- 3+ years of experience in Agile and product management best practices and concepts, especially regarding business and tech transformation initiatives
- Track record of influencing key stakeholders to define tasks and guidelines for workflows and manage decisions throughout the lifecycle
- Experience managing a product backlog, prioritizing its items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and continuously refining it, ensuring that product features and processes align with applicable compliance and risk management standards
- Strong problem solving, and analytical skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to peers and leaders in the organization
- Superior project and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with cloud AWS technologies and best practices a plus
- Inspiring team leadership and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on transparency, fostering teamwork, promoting exceptionalism, and modeling high integrity
