This role will work closely with investment and data science professionals across Asset Management to bring innovative, data science solutions from ideation to implementation.

What You Can Expect
To work alongside our top tier professionals, including data strategists, data scientists, and investment professionals, driving product innovation and identifying opportunities to incorporate data analytics and machine learning into J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management. Your responsibilities may include:
- Work with senior data strategists to interface with business stakeholders and senior management to define problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Assist in driving initial strategic thinking and analysis to derive data driven insights, pressure test feasibility, assess the market for the idea, etc.
- Perform analysis on our proprietary, unique dataset to identify new insights
- Conduct research to support project efforts
- Assist in the project management of various data science work streams from ideation to production
- Manage internal processes necessary for successful project implementation
- Clearly communicate project progress and escalate issues
- Effectively present to stakeholders
About You
We’re looking for problem-solvers with a passion for developing innovative solutions!
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, financial services, consulting, or a data-centric team
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners
- Strong analytical skills and business orientation with proven ability to use data and analytics to drive business results
- Data science literacy evidenced through direct or indirect work experience on artificial intelligence/machine learning/data science use cases and/or academic study of such concepts
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience, advocate for initiatives and secure stakeholder support
- Intellectual curiosity, along with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities for clients/stakeholders and/or process improvements and run with them
- Experience working with engineering, developers and other technology teams
- Problem structuring and solving experience within a complex corporation
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time
- Understanding of financial markets required
- Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity
