The VETS cohort 4.0 is a 14-week paid Internship program, which provides a platform to pursue your post-military career with a company that aligns with your values – determination, dedication and service. Participants have access to a wide range of online learning tools as well as in-person sessions led by senior leaders and industry experts to improve technical, financial and other skills.

Business Management optimizes business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business. team is responsible for the Controls, Reporting and Oversight of Financials and operating metrics as well as supporting various Adhoc/business initiatives.

  • Produce key metrics/decks (e.g. Relationship reviews, Steer Co. decks, Business reviews and dashboards) for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basis containing both financial and operational details
  • Liaise/ monitor with Business teams on various first line of defense controls / audit related aspects
  • Engage with key stakeholders across globe to understand challenges/pain-points or best practices and implement solutions
  • Play a supporting role in driving business-initiated change management activities across the business (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success, manage risks & controls)
  • Identify and execute on efficiency/automation opportunities in the existing data consolidation/reporting processes
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Business Analyst / Project Manager for Downstream Application Management integration and consumption of our reference data; Production Issue Management – Solid Business Analysts, ideally with Exhibiting strong organization skills, methodical thinking, innovation and some PM skillset would be great as well – Data analysis, mapping and cleansing experience and highly proficient in Excel for data mapping – Strong, clear, confident communication skills – Product Ownership (or overseeing the vision, scope and build of a platform); Business Analyst defining story requirements, participating in prioritization and working closely with feature teams for implementation – Reference Data and/or Document Management background a plus

Description

  • Co-ordinate with downstream applications for new enhancements (demo, test cases)
  • Onboard new downstream applications for data consumptions (integration of applications)
  • Triage and resolve issues highlighted by downstream applications
  • Triage and prioritize production issues.
  • Author business requirements and other supporting materials to detail business need
  • Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate user needs into accurate and complete business user stories, document process flows (Visio, Powerpoint or Signavio)
  • Prepare ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ workflows, identify high level gaps & differences
  • Facilitate requirement sessions with LOB current and future users of toolset
  • Document detailed business requirements and support rank order prioritization
  • Ensure broad awareness and consensus for all in- & out- of scope business requirements
  • Author, contribute and confirm test plans, scripts and success criteria
  • Validate UAT test conditions & results
  • Support the definition and generation of project metrics and reporting
  • Triage and prioritize testing, post implementation and production defects
  • Author training documentation, maintain Product information sites (Confluence, Sharepoint)
  • Contribute to Policy & Procedure instructions
  • Knowledge of XMLs, JSON, SQL, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Knowledge of Wholesales Payment, Security Services, or Markets business is a plus

Program Progress Summarization and leadership updates

  • Drive change program agenda for the process/ function – Building Book Of Work
  • Creation of program-progress-status story basis ‘plan Vs achievements’, delivery schedules, milestones, path to green for adverse project status and its impact – PMO
  • Uses of program management and visualization tools – PMO
  • Lead opportunity identification sessions and execution of the same – Change Agenda
  • Call out on critical changes, risks and issues, escalate when appropriate – Change Agenda

Hands on experience on solution development including digi tool solutions – Change Agenda
