Job Location: Poona
Job Detail:
· Develop project quality plan as per project requirement.
· Conducting Trade demo for staff and labours for different method of construction.
· Preparation of reports for incoming material at site.
· All site execution technical work.
· Managing RMC &Plan activity for concreting (Trial Mix and Concrete processing)
· Arranging cube test and slumps test at site before concreting.
· Maintaining the Cube test register.
· Q.C Lab management (Compressive strength test, sieve analysis etc)
· Report preparation for lab tests.
· Test report preparation and its analysis with third party vendors for STEEL.
· Managing RFI, SD, Check lists with client.
· Inspection at site as per drawing for steel, shuttering, PT Slab with site engineers before client inspection.
· Work closely with the QS Department to ensure Quality of materials and work.
· Working as bridge between client and construction team.
· Internal Assessment of Structure on the basis of conquest.
· Interacting with Sr Engineer and freezing the technical specification.
· Preparation of Monthly and Weekly work schedule.
· Submission of Daily Progress Report and Daily Labour Report to Planning Department.
· Ensuring the Safety and Quality work at site.
· BBS preparation & checking from seniors.
