Responsibilities :
– Bringing in current generation technologies to enable the platform to operate at web scale.
– Conceptualise the platform architecture, make the right technology choices, guide the engineering team, manage the DevOps and DevSecOps processes, focus on the security posture of the platform, sustain and improve upon the existing engineering processes
– Play a pivotal role in working with the leadership team to drive the organization to greatness.
– Work closely with the management team to ensure organization and technology alignment.
– Position will be part of the Leadership Team at CreditMantri, responsible for influencing the growth of the organization.
– Solve complex technology challenges, drive engineering recruitment, team building and motivation, platform evangelization, technology solutioning, and generally be the technology custodian of the organization.

Work Exp :
– Hands on 12+ years’ experience in Architecting and delivering engineering solutions.
– Should have experience in Start-up firm in Financial domain or Fintech domain
– Prior experience in cloud delivered platforms with experience in web, mobile tech
– Building scalable backend architecture for supporting a customer-facing exploding fronted tier
– Prior experience building data-driven applications (e.g., able to use insights in guiding dynamic display of relevant content to users)
– Working with and mentoring technically strong junior engineers
– Ability to gather and understand business requirements, map to high level design and then produce and own the low-level design and implementation.
– Chart out the engineering roadmap for product integration amongst our various offerings enabling the business to service end customers and lenders in a more effective manner
– Bias to action, leadership and ownership are essential for success
Proficiency :
– Agile development with a strong bias towards clean code, core engineering processes
– Web technologies – full stack
– Architecting solutions on web and mobile frontends
– Familiar with data marts and modelling methodologies
