Marketing Analyst
Pay Rate: Up to $31.80
Duration: Long Term Contract
Supports INFINITI Contest & Incentives group with National C&I programs, including using the Vehicle Incentive Management System (VIMS) programming/maintenance/training, regional and dealer support, and interface with vendor for web-based incentive applications. Maintains C&I Helpline answering dealer inquiries. Resolves payment discrepancies and provides updates to program objectives. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.
- Manages VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program) program communications and conducts basic analytics on VPP usage.
- Reviews Marketing offers to ensure all C&I offers are represented accurately in marketing materials.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure all programs are up and available for retailers for each month.
- Maintains C&I Helpline; answers inquiries relating to payment issues and discrepancies; reviews dealer exception payment requests; approves and processes incentive discrepancy requests; monitors timeliness of claims payments.
- Programs VIMS for dealer payments based on current incentive announcements; ensures incentive dollars are paid accurately; ensures sub-vened units are processed accordingly.
- Provide VIMs support including assisting with program setup, programming, launch and diagnostics.
- Reviews dealer exception payment requests; approves and processes incentive discrepancy requests; monitors timeliness of claims payments.
- Tracks updates and changes in weekly VIMs meetings.
- Assists review of monthly National C&I Bulletin
- Assist in IS system testing and any program changes in VIMs
- Additional ad hoc programs and reporting metrics on these
- Back up assistance and research of Competitive Incentives report
- Provide back-up support to other C&I positions including but not limited to:
- DIME assistance
- Monthly Reporting
- Loyalty program tracking
- Minimum Requirements & Skills
Job Knowledge and Skill:
Basic understanding of retail sales process and the role of incentives, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience:
Three to five years of professional level experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related Business discipline.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Tableau, other PC applications, and internet browsers to produce non-standard, creative products.
