Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to work directly for a well-known and reputable construction equipment and tool rental company in Bonita Springs, FL. What You Will Do
- Provide financial reporting to identify and facilitate new opportunities and strategies to improve business efficiency through key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on accounts receivables
- Credit, Collections, Cash forecasting, Aging/Delinquency, Days of Sale (DSO), Bad debt, and Dispute analysis
- Facilitate synergistic decision-making and integration of analytical function within the business by developing and maintaining positive and forward-moving relationships with key business groups
- Deliver and articulate receivables reporting analysis to enable rapid, fact-based decision making and economic thinking
- Analyzes key metrics through weekly, monthly, month-end close, and quarterly reporting
- Create and analyze ad-hoc reports as needed by internal partners and business groups
- Produces reports that will guide the enhancement of productivity and resource optimization
- Develop and maintain innovative means for automated data storage, collections dashboards, and reporting
- Execute testing cycles on a variety of processes and reporting methods during system upgrades
- Perform monthly a monthly review and maintenance of user access to various reporting systems
- Document new and revised departmental procedures and create process flow charts.
When You Will Do It
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
How Much You Will Be Paid To Do It
- $70K+ Annually, commensurate with experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, required
- 5+ years of analytical experience with relevant exposure to financial reporting, required
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferred
- Solid working experience using various analytical tools and software, required
- Microsoft Excel / Access, SQL, Qlik, Salesforce, etc.
- Advanced skill set using Microsoft business products: Word, Excel, Access, Visual Basics for Applications (VBA), SharePoint, & Outlook, required
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
- Acute organization and time management skills with minimal supervision while being comfortable with ambiguity, required
- Legally Authorized to Work in the United States of America
