Report Analyst, (Remote)
Kelly Services is seeking a Reporting Analyst to assist with developing Recruiting Dashboards and Reports (compiling data from multiple resources) for large scale recruiting projects and for analyzing provider data to support recruiting strategies. Long term the role will continue to perform these duties, as well as support several contract system projects in 2023 for one of our top clients.

Interview Process:
The Recruiting Report Analyst serves as a data analysis resource and expert for the EyeMed Provider Relations recruiting and contract management department assisting with provider data and metric analysis related to recruiting projects and recruiting strategy preparation. Also assists with developing recruiting dashboards and client progress reports.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to provider data analysis related to recruitment project set up needs and departmental dashboards and reports.
- Researches and resolves moderately complex data analysis issues that relate to provider recruiting project requirements.
- Supports IT request tickets on behalf of provider recruiting and contracting team and performs testing necessary files to ensure data receipts are accurate.
- Assists team with operational challenges with Provider Information Management processes and escalations and handles the more complex client reporting dashboard issues.
- Creates ad-hoc reporting to assist with identification of provider recruitment strategies and provider data system clean up.
- Supports data analysis related to provider contract data clean up.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years business experience with data analysis
- Expert in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to work well independently, under pressure and multi-tasking
- Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing time effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of managed care or healthcare benefits industry
- Demonstrates sense of urgency
- Experience with operating systems such as EDW/Business Objects/Facets
