Kelly is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work for a global equipment and component manufacturer in Conyers, GA for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Pay = up to $48 /hr or Commensurate with Experience

1st Shift – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an instrumental part to the success of the Hillphoenix and Anthony business units in a role that has high visibility within a strong developmental and promote from within finance culture. Responsible for reporting & review of Product Line financials with key business partners, product forecasting and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) support. Drive strategy and budget support, business case financial analyses, product revenue audit support, ad hoc strategic projects ranging from financial support for product management, strategic capital investments, leading process improvements and other initiatives within the finance team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Lead monthly product profitability meetings with divisional business leaders to discuss drivers, assign variability follow ups, and drive target achievement accountability
  • Perform analytics to identify margin improvement opportunities across key product lines
  • Key business partner to the engineering and product management departments
  • Support three-year strategic planning and reporting across the organization
  • Support annual budget planning and reporting across the organization
  • Partner with business leaders to aid in the preparation of financial models for New Products and/or profitability improvement projects to ensure the business is making investments that yield the best financial outcomes
  • Prepare & review key metrics on productivity program execution and forecasting
  • Works closely with divisions to analyze data, complete ad hoc financial analysis, and make recommendations in areas such as scenario planning, ROI analyses, profitability, cost reduction, and growth opportunities
  • Review monthly SG&A expenses with respective functional partners
  • Partner with overseas support staff to produce and deliver reports/analytics for the organization

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 5 years related experience in financial analysis, auditing and/or accounting or related technical/professional services

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel utilization
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment
