Compensation: This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly cycle. Targeted compensation is $63,000 annually and determined by the candidate’s experience level.

Major Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
Supply Chain Inventory Analyst
The Supply Chain Inventory Analyst manages the product flow of the Finished Goods and Raw Materials at the select locations. This includes the inventory control processes, procedures, reporting, tracking and reconciliation. Maintains and monitors raw materials and finished goods inventories and assures and reports stock levels respectively. Responsible for ensuring that the inventory records in SAP and MES match the actual physical inventory of items on hand in an effort to improve production requirements, planning and service to our customers. Accuracy will be achieved through continual cycle counting and reconciliation.

Major Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Creates improvements to the inventory process in order to meet standards and drive efficiency by ensuring that proper communication and reporting of inventory will initiate early notification of impending problems.
- Reviews the root cause analysis of SAP Inventory Transaction Work Flows, creating corporate inventory standards and targets with metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Presents metrics to Senior level Management.
- Manages adjustments in SAP for inventory transactions to ensure the inventory is accurate and posts to the General Ledger.
- Audits inventory transactions with comparison to corporate standards and manages assigned investigative analyses to lead efforts to provide the appropriate resolutions.
- Oversees the process that documents any failures that result in lost inventory, and reviews carrier, operations, and claims for inventory losses and/or damaged goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of the Company and standards established by OSHA
- Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
- Achieve and surpass company’s expected levels of break, shrink, expired and obsolete products.
- Manage inventory KPI’s to ensure annual business objectives are achieved.
- Provide inventory reports and analyses based on forecast/demand and available inventory (raw materials, components and finished goods).
- Investigate exceptions and guides personnel in researching inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure all related Sarbanes Oxley controls are implemented, reviewed, functional and compliant; interact frequently with internal and external audit functions.
- Support business initiatives through project participation and system improvements.
- Provide support, feedback and consistent communication with site employees and our internal and external partners.
- Develop self as well as others to support organizational success.
- Champion practical problem solving, from root cause analysis to implementing and sustaining countermeasures.
- Work cross-functionally with resources to develop winning strategies for the site’s long-term success.
- Ensure a safe workplace is maintained and there is a safety mindset in all things we do.
- Follow all policies, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department.
- Ensure a quality product is being produced and all quality processes are being followed.
- Track KPI’s to validate improvements, identify opportunities, and adjust action plans as needed.
- Model the Keurig Dr Pepper values.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Familiarization w/ SAP and MES
- Finance experience with Reconciliations and SOX Compliance
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to teach, explain, and motivate personnel
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to coordinate continuous improvement efforts
- Ability to analyze data associated with processes, identify opportunity and provide recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university or job-related equivalent experience
- 1 year of inventory control management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- 1 year of experience with manufacturing execution systems and automated warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, Manugistics, etc)
- Leadership experience preferred
