Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking to hire a Remote Business Analyst. A Business Analyst will be the liaison between the design, development teams, the client to define the objectives, and requirements of the client. This role will support new client implementations of the organization’s new product.
Responsibilities include:
- In this role, the Business Analyst works with client to understand their requirements of the system
- Works with product development to communicate the client’s needs and provide business case for enhancement requests
- Accountable for assigned functional track and deliverables, assist QA, and support with understanding client needs
- Creating and maintaining deliverables within assigned area
- The Business Analyst participates in testing the product before it is released to the client
- Assist in triaging escalated system defects, providing clarification on defects, and works to resolve them
- Integrated as part of the full client lifecycle
- Participate in future RFP’s, product demonstrations, and project kickoff events
- Provide support to the team during implementation as well as post go live
- Provides support to SMEs for client training initiatives
- Document and maintain deliverables (requirements document, configuration design document, etc.)
- As a Business Analyst, you will document process workflow
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmacy system design and concepts
- Works well in larger project team environment (Scrum)
- Effective problem-solving skills with good judgement and decision making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
