In your Senior Analyst role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
This role is ideal for someone with a high level of analytic and project management ability who has a background in Supply Chain or Procurement. Proficiency in Excel is key, while comfortable using other data tools (Coupa eSourcing, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP etc.) to analyze and communicate insights. The goal is to build analysis based upon a set of hypotheses and guide others to use the data to drive value added activities. A person in this role is driven to ask themselves what the data means, how it can be interpreted and how to best communicate and present findings/metrics.
Responsibilities:

Project Management on cost savings or value projects in order to drive cadences, metrics, opportunities within a larger team, both internal and external to procurement.

Create Standard Operating Processes for the global analytical teams as a way to drive global standards and drive efficiency.

Data analysis and insights – transform spend data or large databases into key insights and opportunities to drive value using rigorous analytical methods.

Gain Category Expertise – understand the commodity, spend and the market trends in order to analyze toward insights and make opportunities more visible thru good data and analysis.

Work with the Global Procurement category managers and Business partners to support their strategy, develop savings hypotheses as well as work toward top-line growth and end to end supply chain opportunities as they go through the sourcing process. Make recommendations from the analysis and provide insights to category managers. Findings from one analysis often prompt further analysis and analyst should take the initiative to further the analysis as needed.

Develops and analyze cost models for the category/product based on project needs to drive value.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred Finance, Economics, Supply Chain/Procurement or Business)

5+ years of analytics experience in Supply chain, Procurement, or Consulting

High proficiency in Excel with exposure to Tableau and Power BI

Ability to drive insights from data analysis

Hypothesis building, advanced modeling, and regression analysis experience
-
Skilled in communication, presentations, project management, and change management
