Job Detail:

Responsibilities

The Analyst will be responsible for

· Leveraging internal and external data, using cutting-edge analytical tools

· Build and implement account-level scorecards and predictive models to target accounts most likely to be collected

· Drive strategic change independently by developing, delivering and executing analytics in close coordination with Collections and Recovery Operations and IT

· Develop and improve operations and executive dashboard to update leadership

· Provide leadership updates on analytics and outcomes used in operations and strategies to CEO, COO and CFO

· Ensure good understanding of day-to-day operations with buy-in from operations IT/Systems team to ensure strategies can be successfully able implemented

· Ensure compliance with US regulations and laws, including emerging changes

Requirements for the Job

· Understand and add value to operations and executive dashboards that add value to day-to- day collections operations, with ability to communicate analytics and results and strategies to Group CFO and CEO

· Hands on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, SAS/SPSS etc.) to source, clean, organize and manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets

· Strong understanding and experience with a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision-tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and applying them for real-world applications leveraging their advantages while addressing drawbacks.

· Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.

· Ability to build statistical models, scorecards, design calling/collection strategies, best-time- to-call, optimal call per customer, create test-and-learn and champion-challenger

environment to continuously increase recoveries while improving collection efficiencies, impacting productivity.

· Basic understanding of US laws and regulatory environment, on call thresholds and Zero Defect Compliance, while ensuring call optimization through analytics.

· Basic understanding of Collections, Warm Transfer, Call Quality Monitoring, e-OSCAR, and Skip Tracing preferred, or have ability and willingness to rapidly learn while delivering in the business environment

· Work independently in an operations environment, interacting with internal and external Collections & Recovery Operations and IT leadership

· Lead change management by using analytics to drive change

· Ability to learn from and contribute to day-to-day Collections Operations and from client/leadership interactions

· Strong problem-solving skills with focus on finding analytic solutions in a dynamic Collections environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across US teams and client organizations

· Self-motivated to learn and master new and emerging analytic technologies and techniques

Experience: 2-4 years

Qualifications: B.Tech. or Masters in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics from top-tier university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
