We are seeking a senior analyst or data engineer with strong ETL, SQL and database management skills who is looking to play a critical role in the development of Ivy’s enterprise data & analytics capabilities.
As a senior analyst you will help power the insights that drive data-driven decisions through business reporting and self-service analytics. Working alongside a team of big data, you will be the gatekeeper for everything related to company metrics. Your role will revolve around becoming an expert at our core metrics and strategic drivers of our business. This is an ideal role for you if you are deeply curious, have a strong analytical mindset, and are eager to apply your skills in creative and technical ways.
- Oversee and build data pipelines, data ingestion processes, and development/maintenance of ETL processes and jobs.
- Manage development of new features and capabilities, and delivery of dashboards and data visualizations.
- Leading the delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions
- Design and build reusable components, frameworks and libraries at scale to support analytics data products
- Leading and evolving data and analytics products.
- Lead, Inspire, Coach and Develop team of engineers
- Leading discussions to scale out data architecture to process large data sets, and solve various data challenges.
- You have 7+ years of experience in data visualization and data analysis
- You are an expert in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- You have a Strong SQL knowledge and the ability to collaborate with data analysts and analytics engineer to translate business requirements into a technical solution.
- Use of SQL for data analysis and validating loaded data.
- You must have strong coding experience in either python or R.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Willing to learn any language/tools/frameworks necessary
- You have experience working cross-functionally and seeking solutions as a team
- You seek impact and outcome, drive innovation, and apply agile best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field).
