Job Location: Delhi

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop sales strategy, pricing strategy and channel strategy
2. Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, budgets and forecasts
3. Identify potential risks in revenue goals and implement risk mitigation strategies
4. Work on sales enablement: Build sales team capacity including upskilling
5. Identify and implement sales productivity tools in collaboration with tech and operations teams
6. Work on data and analytics: Lead development and adaptation of sales analytics tools, dashboards, etc. Provide diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
7. Work on sales compensation: Develop and execute sales compensation strategies to drive performance
8. Work on sales process and systems: Lead process and system innovation, changes, and implementation
9. Work on sales transformation: Collaborate with other leaders from sales and other functions in the organization and drive sales transformation across various facets like culture, performance, processes and technology
10. Drive sales strategy, sales planning, and sales operations including team enablement, compensation structure, pricing strategy, channel strategy, productivity improvement, sales analytics, etc.
