Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad

As a Business Analyst, you will use your knowledge, skills, and abilities to solve customer service and product performance information challenges and will use your critical thinking skills to identify client requirements and translate those into detailed instructions for your internal and external team to execute.

The ideal Business Analyst also has strong writing and communication skills and can build relationships with both their team members and client stakeholders.

The Business Analyst will perform a variety of critical tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the customer service manager. You will closely work with Client Account Managers, IT, Sales, and Finance team members.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data continuously, includingcomplex and tech. related issues, and present intelligent data to various stakeholders for improved decision making
  • Elicitation, organization, translation, analysis and prioritization of both business level and functional requirements.
  • Keep track of markets, competitors and partners and present the required data in a timely fashion to help in decision making to sustain our competitive differentiation Tracking and reporting performance as per SLA and product performance metrics
  • Development of the required customer service related processes and systems to improve productivity and service
  • Assisting with strengthening existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities by participating in client or prospect meetings and working on proposals
     

Qualifications

  • Experience: Business Analysis: 3-5 years work experience in a heavy data analytical role (required)
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in data analysis, math, IT, engineering where strong quantitative and analytical skills have been use and developed (Required)
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set priorities and execute work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation skills
  • Good knowledge and experience working with development and management of customer service tech/ systems and processes is a plus
  • Possessing knowledge and experience in the development of solutions, recommendations or outcomes is a plus.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
