The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. IT’s mission is to enable business growth and productivity by connecting people, process, and technology. - Reporting and SAP CRM System Analyst who will work closely with Service business to determine requirements and write functional requirements specifications in an appropriate level of detail. Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customers. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Own and perform integration testing and manage User Testing and identify resulting gaps.
- Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues.
- Recommends new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities. Works on and coordinates multiple reporting deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment.
- Documents all BKMs and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting UAT
- Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents conducting testing and facilitating user acceptance
- Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills required – skills required – high level English language communication skill, oral and written.
