KCG is seeking a Data Engineer – Remote/Hybrid to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Establish APIs for DoD systems and establishing a data virtualization layer for BI/analysis to Advana or other visualization tools.
Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.
Works in a data warehouse environment, which includes data design, database architecture, and metadata repository creation.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in similar role
Proven experience with Relational SQL and NoSQL Databases
Proven experience with Object-Oriented Programming Languages: Python, Scala, etc.
Technical experience with data models, data mining, and normalization techniques
Bachelor’s degree
DoD Secret Clearance
