Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by understanding the compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Perform semantic analysis of data which has no documentation or business rule
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication(verbal and written) skills to work co-operatively in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and cognitive ability along with presentation skills
- Need to document the business flow independently without changing the meaning or create ambiguity(For
Ex: How is the ticket status managed?)
- Adhoc analysis of Remedy Force tickets (both performing upon request or recommending and performing)
- Should be in a strong position to perform reporting analysis.
- Understanding the requirement, do data analytics and story tell using dashboard
- Design New Dashboards, Charts and report layouts to improve visualizations.Background & Skills
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience with a strong educational background in the area of analytics, design and statistics
- Freshers who are ready to get trained on the job and start immediately are also welcome.
- Proficiency in different BI tools such as Excel, Power BI,SQL, Power Apps, VBA, Visual studio & UI Path
- Data analytics through Python Frameworks
Knowledge of Remedy Force or any other ITSM tool would be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
