Position Summary
The Sales Analyst is a self-directed, motivated individual who has a relentless drive for improvement and is never satisfied with the status quo. The individual will be curious and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for analyzing sales data, creating sales forecasts, and making recommendations to optimize sales activities and increase revenue and market share.
The sales analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales and market data and to provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide business decisions. The position includes presenting those results and insights to team members and customers. This position requires an individual with the ability to think critically and analyze complex data.
The Sales Analyst will be able to communicate results clearly to peers, management, and customers. The individual must be highly motivated, a self-starter and a team player. This position is virtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data over time to evaluate and forecast sales and market trends
- Review past data to determine business performance and evaluate marketing initiatives
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Develop and present actionable information and insights to team members and customer
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and customer regularly

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and other PC based software
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Sales/Sales Operations experience
- Demonstrated experience with sales forecasting, sales reports and data management.
- Knowledge of DAX and data flows is a plus

Hours
- Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
