Job Location: remote
We are recruiting for an audit associate in the audit team. Working as an audit associate in this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Timely and quality delivery of Audit DA services
- Process large data extracts from client ERP systems into the KPMG proprietary tool
- Identification of issues/missing information and managing tracking the open issues until resolved
- Debugging issues with large data sets
- Coordinate with engagement teams to obtain the required data to perform audit DA solutions
- Understand ERP systems from Functional or Techno-Functional perspective
- Work with KPMG engagement teams to discuss the output of our services. This would include using analytic visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, etc.) to perform and present analytic routines to the engagement team in a user friendly and insightful format.
- Coaching and motivating team members to ensure deliverables meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA s
- Build strong domain expertise (Accounting Auditing), ERP specific and Industry knowledge to enable effective collaboration with International counterparts in KPMG and Clients
- Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
- Participate in the design, development, and implement fixes and enhancements to new or existing modules or services. This would include preparing training materials as well as designing the processes and procedures for users, administrators, and delivery team members
Job Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Btech/ Bachelor s in Computer Application/ Bachelors in Commerce or MBA in Finance/Systems; or
- 2+ years in data analytics and tools (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL)
Preferred Skills
Technical skills:
- Experience in data analytics and tools (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL)
- Comfortable manipulating and combining large, high dimensional datasets from multiple sources
- Well-organized with experience managing multiple tasks at once
- An ability to interpret findings and identify key insights to communicate to a non-technical audience
- Proficiency with Alteryx
- Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service centres
- Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional
