We are searching for a motivated Product Data Management Analyst, in this role you will be responsible for the maintenance of our Item Master and vendor settings and provide support throughout the entire product lifecycle from item creation to discontinuing. The successful candidate will be a true champion of change as well as a superb collaborator and communicator.
A day in the office looks like this:
- Creating and management review of Item Master Data; ensures all new entries and updates for all attributes within the item master that supports various system with output to Catalog, Web and Retail data. This includes but not limited to costing and pricing data.
- Maintains and actions tasks in a shared department mailbox as it relates to product data entry and item master data mining.
- Analyzes and identifies data quality improvements; helps resolve data quality problems through appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Responsible for maintaining and keeping up to date Standard Operating Procedures for tasks within the department.

- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing time and resources based on business impact
- Exceptional organizational skills, superb attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably present ideas in a collaborative setting
