Overview:
As our Sr Pricing Business Analyst, you will bring E-Commerce retail experience of successfully delivering incremental sales, margin, and EBITDA results from projects and initiatives you have led, and teams that you have contributed to. Working closely with multiple partners both in E-Commerce and across the organization, you will have demonstrated your ability to think critically about our promotional programming, contact strategy, customer data & segmentation, and margin maximization efforts. You will identify where you see opportunity and ultimately plan and execute pricing, testing and actions that will yield continuous optimization. You will be also be responsible for conducting financial analysis / reporting and completing ad hoc projects to support financial and business decision-making for the E-Commerce business.
Duties Include:
Create daily promotional activity to drive business results in collaboration with cross functional partners.
Optimize promotional activity to best benefit the margin impact
Participate is pivotal e-commerce initiatives that would incorporate pricing optimization
Lead projects to ensure a smooth launch of increased functionality
Strong triage skills to resolve high impacting business issues that could result in missed sales
Communicate and innovate with others to improve processes
Participate in creation of test ideas & analyzing test results.
Anticipate potential issues and risks and bring a creative willingness for the solution
Partner with a very diverse cross functional team to ensure all desired needs are met
Perform analysis on promotional, merchandising, customer segmentation, and marketing activities to provide the business with actions & insights from events to improve future business.
Assist in analyzing current web-based marketing contact strategies and their impact on website behavior and profitability.
Ad hoc projects to analyze business in various ways to drive growth & profitability.
Analyze Projects – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
Work with cross-functional partners on items for sprints and ensure all requirements are documented and meet needs for MVP product.
Document all user stories/epics and tickets accordingly for projects and defects.
Lead the test implementation for all payer and vendor relationships to ensure data transfer collection, quality and reporting relationships are working appropriately down to the market level to ensure market team member and provider experience is appropriate
Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates
Develop automated end to end and/or integration tests for key applications, in collaboration with developers and devops.
Develop & Validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
Perform end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC
Perform series of manual testing including but not limited to: Browser capability testing, functional testing, sanity testing etc
Manage risk-related issues that arise and implement controls to avoid recurrence; Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis
Identify problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction
Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
Maintain a centralized ecommerce testing schedule and result. Participate in creation of test ideas & analyzing test results.
