Leidos is seeking an agile Data Dissemination Engineer to work on a cloud integration, operations, and sustainment program (FS2). The team is involved in the modernization of Legacy Systems and Applications into current cloud-based architectures. A successful candidate will have experience preparing and loading numerous data types across multiple networks.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Load aeronautical products received on transfer drive, FTP sites, CDs and DVDs from multiple sources to the Customer file servers and operational data stores via workstation on multiple security domains.

Load database files received on transfer drive, CDs and DVDs from multiple sources via their workstation into Oracle and/or PostGIS databases across multiple security domains

Transfer/transmit data and products to other Aeronautical Customer data stores/dissemination sites.

Create outputs for Aeronautical datasets.

Maintain the component capability of the systems that support Aeronautical dissemination.

Work within 28-day data cycles to meet mandatory deadlines.

Implement programming and debugging across database loading and data loading as required to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues with load scripts or data.

Create documentation associated with standard operating procedures for data dissemination practices.

Participate in daily scrum calls and communicate with other product owners, scrum masters, program leadership, customer, and development teams to report on status, blockers, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:

Proactive self-starter with the ability to take actions to maintain 28-day data dissemination cycles.

Capacity to work well in groups and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Strong technical and analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail.

Active Top Secret Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph

BA/BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience; OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with cloud-based architectures

Jira/Confluence collaboration tools experience
-
NGA operations experience including knowledge of Service+, SPIDS, and DevOps policies and procedures
Pay Range:
Pay Range $94,250.00 – $145,000.00 – $195,750.00
