Summary of Position:

The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Innovation – Sustainable Technology, is responsible for supporting the Director and VP, Strategy & Innovation as part of the growing LENX Team. The primary responsibilities will include creating, managing, and driving the design and implementation of various strategic programs that support the Company’s innovation and investment mission. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of key investments to impact the core business. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will provide timely useful insight and analytical support to the team’s Director and VP. The role will focus on Sustainable Technology (greywater and geothermal energy) solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with portfolio companies to understand sustainable tech solutions and identify opportunities for integration into Lennar’s homebuilding business
  • Analyze/identify short term and long-term goals, while creating recommended paths for pilot, rollout, and post-rollout including relevant workstreams, owners, and follow ups for multiple portfolio companies
  • Serve as a liaison between investment partners, corporate (Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, etc.), and Division (local) teams for planning, implementation, and measuring activity success
  • Function as an extension of each portfolio company to effectively speak to, and educate internal constituents
  • Create materials and presentations needed to effectively communicate implementation messages across various stakeholder groups
  • Provide recommendations to improve processes and programs
  • Perform analysis and manage tracking of investments along with implementation roadmaps
  • Advise, challenge, and support both portfolio partners as well as internal Lennar stakeholders, to achieve mutual goals
  • Analyze data related to tech partners and provide insights and recommendations related to impacts to Lennar homebuilding business
  • Create, deliver, and present executive level presentations, business review decks, and ad-hoc program and pitch decks for various stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations, finance, or related
  • 5+ years of related job experience in venture, operations, strategy, consulting, or similar roles


Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Sr Analyst, Strategy and Innovation to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
