Job Location: Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan & execute appropriate day to day HR Operational activities which includes addressing employee queries, Employee Master Data Management, Maintaining HR Systems etc.
- Preparing Monthly Payroll Inputs and sharing it on time without errors. SAP Payroll Knowledge is mandatory
- Responsible for providing various MIS/report like headcount/Attrition and other adhoc reports as and when required
- Preparing Labour Inputs for the location and submitting it on time with the local bodies.
- Supporting internal/external Audits and providing necessary artifacts as needed.
- Ensure Zero Non-Compliance across all HR Processes and handling Employee lifecycle.
- Periodically review the Employee Benefits / Policies and incorporate changes as per the organizations need.
- Developing working relationships with Leaders and stake holders in other functional areas within the company.
- Act as a single point of contact for all the Third-Party Contract Employees in organization.
- Support HR Peers in Employee Engagement Activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 6 Years of experience in HR Operations (Payroll / HR Generalist)
- SAP Payroll Knowledge
- Experience in handling HRMS Tool (Preferable ZOHO People)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good in MS Excel
- Good in Planning & Execution
- Strong Communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Any certification in Compensation / Rewards
- Experience in Data Visualization tool.
