About the Role: Lentra is seeking talented business analysts and visionaries, passionate about the BFSI domain and have the potential to manage customers on edge SaaS/PAAS solutions on emerging technology platforms. Responsibilities: Gathering business requirements, mapping the requirement with the system, Gap Analysis & building the solution to meet client expectations Understanding the business and forecasting the business direction of the client. Based on the same to create new solutions and consult the clients Understanding and creating the flow diagram for the loan origination and at various levels Able to identify client’s business needs and current practices & ability to cross-sell products Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories Ensuring that up-selling and cross-selling of products happen in all existing key accounts. Interaction with Development Teams and Product Teams for solutions & enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings. Will be working in Agile Methodology. Excellent relationship management skills & customer orientation approach Candidate requirements: Should have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience Technology degree preferable along with MBA in IT / Finance. Must have experience in Banking, Cards, Payment or Credit Risk Domain Preferred knowledge of one of the following business streams (Retail and Corporate/ SME business) Auto Loans, Home Loans, Cash Credit, Education Loans, Personal Loans, Corporate Banking, Working Capital, Term Loans, Overdraft, Cash Credit limit, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Consumer Durables.
