Job Description:
Responsible for End2End projects implementation covering Digital Enablers (EODB Initiatives), New Business, Persistency, Payments/Gateway integration, POS, Regulatory, Enterprise level projects.
- Gather Business/Change requirement from stakeholder. Analyze it and Document Requirements in form of BRD/BRS/CR. Create a Requirement traceability matrix (RTM). Construct use cases / user stories / logical test scenarios.
- Monitor & Track status of various UAT items, follow up with IT & stakeholder.
- Post Production Monitoring, Deliver TTT for new enhancement.
- New product E2E implementation backend as well as online systems.
- Create & Publish UAT status, Work capacity, Operational matrix reports to various end user.
- Insurance product implementation, testing & implementation of systems & process. Business user demonstration.
- Task allocation & Monitoring, Resource planning, Team monitoring, Arrange knowledge sharing session.
