Responsible for analyzing customer data and generating reports for AUDIT to manage market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and Interpret existing Customer Data vs New HIU Inventory for New Build/ Brownfield projects
- Assist with developing reports and presentations on analytical findings.
- Conduct reviews on New HIU Inventory Quality (sourcing data from Walkout Auditor QC) and Existing Customer Data (sourcing data from the CSG Platform) to determine match, address addition, and fixing and edit data on Billing System.
- Assist with review, analyse, and prepared of New Build and Brownfield HIU Inventory
- Review Audit Data and generate reports as needed.
- Run additional requested reports as needed for other AUDIT departments.
- Adhere to work procedures, SOPs and processes that support Company and departmental standards.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience:
Preferred education/ qualifications:
- Associate College degree in Management and Information Systems or Bachelors in related field and prior experience as a data analyst.
- Skill in utilizing a personal computer and associated software programs.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard and other basic office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Ability to read and understand complex instructions.
- Ability to prepare and present instructional materials and programs.
- Ability to interpret written communications.
- Leadership skills
- Date entry experience
- Fast typing
- Time management skills
- Computer proficiencies
Skills & Abilities:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish.
- Read Knowledge CAD Drawings/GIS
- Read Knowledge GIS Data Base
- Coordinates Knowledge
- Knowledge Google Earth Program
- Detail Oriented.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel experience.
- Experience working in a leadership/supervisory position.
- QA/QI experience.
