Position Summary
Reporting into the Commercial Excellence Americas organization, the Commercial Analytics and Reporting Developer will be a key partner to the region’s Sales, Marketing and Analytics teams by developing and delivering business intelligence support and data delivery services. This individual will join the Commercial Excellence Americas team responsible to support the Americas region Commercial business and its senior management through the development and delivery of key commercial processes and analytics. The Commercial Analytics and Reporting Developer will be able to effectively navigate a complex data environment, partner with IT and integrate multiple data services to build and deliver highly effective data services via deployed Tableau platform. This position will be remote.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as lead Tableau developer and analyst for the Americas Commercial group team developing, maintaining and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other necessary data services.
- Create holistic dashboards, from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g. IMS, IRI, Symphony, IQVIA, Nielsen) to support commercial business development and sales performance initiatives.
- Develop self-service dashboards as well as weekly & monthly reports.
- Lead data consolidation and validation efforts working in collaboration with internal IT teams.
- Support
- Work across Commercial areas to develop and implement dashboard and drilldown reporting capabilities to further decision making and analysis.
- Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology like Agile, Scrum and Kanban
- Act as liaison between local, regional & global commercial organization, IT PM’s and development teams.
- Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Must have strong analytical skills and needs the ability to decompose complex business processes to action items related to implementation for dev teams
- 3+ years of relevant analytics experience in technology, an in-house analytics team or consulting.
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau Dashboard and visualization.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and work with complex datasets to meet requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional activities.
- Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate across various organizational teams, both technical and business focused.
