Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
- Represent Customer Enablement on interdepartmental projects and strategic initiatives designed to improve systems, increase efficiencies, or resolve problems around processes and/or tools.
- Consult, support and collaborate across departments and business functions including, but not limited to, Sales & CSM, Implementation, Onboarding, Training, Product and Pricing.
- Review internal Sales & CSM processes to identify areas of inefficiency, drive process change to enable employees to focus on core strategic tasks.
- Identify opportunities for improvements that in turn drive program enhancements and the development of new and innovative programs.
- Collect, organize and interpret customer enablement departmental data. Translate data findings into understandable insights that drive behavioural change and customer experience improvements across LifeWorks.
- Using strong analytical ability, apply best practices identifying change areas that will enable effective Sales & CSM functioning, and improved customer experience.
- In partnership with other key internal stakeholders, including Training, Sales & CSM leaders, ensure best practices are communicated and understood by Sales & CSM teams.
- Based on input from CSM/Sales leaders and team members, identify opportunities for improvements that in turn drive program enhancements and the development of new and innovative programs.
- Balance strategic thinking and focus on long-term goals, with hands on day-to-day execution of process improvement projects.
- Support special projects and other tasks, as required
Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Data Management, or related academic credentials
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience
- Project management expertise
- Client management experience an asset

- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Project management training (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of Sales and Client management processes
- Ability to navigate various LifeWorks systems and departments an asset
- Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
