Job Description
Job Title: Financial Reporting & Governance Analyst
Location: Faridabad, India

As a Financial Reporting and Governance Analyst you will play a critical role in the compliance cycle of Linxon and responsible for facilitating scrutiny of trial, closing in ERP (Oracle) and Reporting in Global tool on monthly basis.
What will you do?
- Responsible for financial closing every month, passing the necessary journal entries in terms of provisions, accruals, intercompany confirmations, management recharges etc
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information as part of month end, quarter end activity.
- Intercompany reporting.
- Reporting in Global reporting Tool – Hyperion.
- Regular review of the books of accounts and advising for necessary clean up entries like adjustment of long outstanding advances, clearing in AP/AR etc.
- Coordinating budget / forecast.
- Preparation of financial for fiscal year including the Notes to Accounts.
- Coordinating financial audit with External, Internal and Group auditors.
- Participate in the implementation of new financial systems and ensure proper controls are in place
Experience Required:
- Post qualification 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in multinational environment.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of Oracle and Accpac
Education:
- Bachelor/ Master of commerce.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
