Business Delivery Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. This position will document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and assist in the creation of system specifications and configurations that drive system development, implementation and usefulness. This position also will also assist with business system data structure to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities

HCM Reporting Governance for Workday and other business systems including:
- Framework to manage report changes and requests
- HCM data structure as it relates to user reporting requests
- System process updates (including system break-fix and user trouble shooting)
- Support System updates
- Ongoing analysis of efficacy of various business systems employed by Lithia

Workday and other business system integrations
- Monitor integration status for all integrations
- Integration maintenance, changes, and initiation

Data governance
- Maintain and optimize data structure as it relates to HCM in workday, CDK, Advent and other business systems as necessary
