Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Via chat/calls and solving queries, register complaints.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in written and oral. (English)
  • Complete understanding of the product and process.
  • Ability to provide end to end resolution
  • Responsible for customer interaction, including liaising with other team members for resolution and follow ups
  • Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end to end process effectiveness, efficiency and quality
  • Prior experience shall be preferred.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 environment
  • Should have own Laptop/Desktop with Good Internet connectivity for working from home.
