Lowe’s India is the retail technology centre for Lowe’s Companies Inc. and is based out of Bengaluru, India. Set up in 2014, Lowe’s India focuses on technology and shared business services. Technology teams support e-commerce, mobile, infrastructure and corporate systems that enable various functions such as supply chain, distribution, corporate services. Initiated with just over 20 associates, Lowe’s India now has a growing associate base which employs over 3000 people.
Our expectations:
As Analyst, Category Experience you will work with and support the Online Category Experience to use customer data and competitive benchmarking to improve the online experience by modifying the online experience including product finding methods, landing pages and product detail pages. This work will result in improved customer and associate satisfaction, increased traffic and sales, and improved conversion.

Your role
Analyze and leverage customer data, site behaviors, pre/post-transaction data and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
Analyze customer information to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience within assigned categories.
Analyze and improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), digital content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and post-transaction results.
Examine category merchandising strategies of key competitors and best-in-class online retailers to understand emerging trends.
The qualifications and skills that we are looking for
Required:
1+ year retail experience
2+ year online experience
Experience in Online retail or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing
Background in analytics, statistics, business planning and/or finance will be added advantage
Experience in Merchandising, Marketing, Finance or related field
Experience in one or more : Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics, Python / Hadoop
Proficient in SQL
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate results to analytics and business partners
