Job Location: Mumbai
We re looking for experienced Business Analyst to work on a wide range of projects. You ll be expected to innovate, learn and provide ideas to enable us, and our Partners (clients) to succeed at what they do.
Requirements
- Individual with expertise in eliciting high-level business requirements and creating specification.
- Liaise with the business team to collect, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Good understanding of UML Diagrams
- Capable of creating wireframes, Mockups, and conduct requirement gathering workshops
- Able to work with product owners to prepare product backlog, identify Epics, Features, User Stories
- Able to Understand the Technology related aspects, and do Technical documentation (based on Software team’s inputs)
- Analyze business processes, existing systems requirements and propose functional design.
- Create Use cases specifications that can be understood by technologists for building software design and QA teams for purpose of test design, scenarios and creating traceability matrix.
- Liaise with software and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements.
- Assist the team in any issue clarification required from business.
- Change management support to the business and the development team.
- Assist the business / testing team in UAT/functional testing. Ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during development. Prefer to have understanding of SCRUM methodology.
Essential Job Function:
- Overall 5+ years of experience in IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Should have understanding of the requirements engineering process.
- Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows.
- Strong data analysis, modeling and prototyping skills.
- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with
Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Aptitude to learn new domains.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle such as SCRUM.
