Job Location: Bengaluru
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Provides first level support to internal customers for said business processes and reference data.
- Delivers tasks given related to business processes and reference data on time and to agreed quality.
- Solves basic problems/ queries.
- Assists in production of quarterly internal client documentation.
- Complies with agreed department document templates and document standards.
- Has basic to good knowledge of reference data systems and product/customer related queries
- Manages the creation of comparison reports across a number of internal systems using appropriate tools e.g. Salesforce, AAA, Siebel, OA Tool and CRM for Data Modelling team and special projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Limited previous experience in customer support functions
- Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements.
