The Role
This role is part of the Digital Experience team who is responsible for monitoring the health and performance of all aspects related to the our customers digital journey. The Digital Experience team is a fun, hardworking atmosphere that is centered around collaboration and respect for all team members. The scope of the Digital Analytics Manager position includes being an integral part of the Digital Experience Analytics team, whose primary responsibility is reporting creation, interpretation, testing optimization, and data integrity for all consumer website platforms. This position will be responsible for digital flow analytics & website forecasting. The role will require an analytical person with a wide variety of technical skills, including an intricate knowledge of Google Analytics, who can transform large data sets into actionable insights. In addition, this person must be able to handle many priorities at once, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
The Main Responsibilities
- Define business objectives, translate into analytical problems, identify data requirements and data analyses, generate insights and share with business stakeholders
- Act as Google Analytics subject matter expert for Analytics and other Digital Experience teams
- Generates deeper insights into online customer behavior
- Integrate Google Analytics with marketing tools for media effectiveness and optimization
- Blend and analyze data from several sources – GA 360, Google CM, SA360, Google Search Console, Internal sales data, in-house CDP, A/B testing tool, Qualtrics, and more
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Define and maintain business and analytics KPIs for periodic digital performance measurement
- Prepare and present value-added analyses/reports to key stakeholders
- Monitor usage metrics, understanding business-based explanations for large-scale trends and patterns in customer lifecycle behavior
- Constantly evolve analytics and reporting by driving new initiatives to contribute to business goals
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent education and 5 to 7 years related experience
Experience developing compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting (Looker, Tableau QlikSense)
Proficiency with SQL Server – writing queries, joining tables, making tables, case statements
Detail-oriented with proven aptitude to make data-driven recommendations and solutions
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including MS Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to attend many meetings while achieving deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning based projects
Experience using GA 360
Experience with Google Analytics, Looker certification – Business Analyst and/or LookML Developer
Experience analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and using A/B/N testing
PMP or ACP Project Management Certification
Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA
